By requesting a quote, booking a pickup, or using tracking, you confirm acceptance of these Terms on behalf of yourself or your company.

We provide delivery services including parcel, courier, pallet, and cross-border shipments with tracking and optional insurance.

You must be able to enter legally binding contracts. Business users warrant they are authorised to act for their organisation.

Where accounts are provided, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account.

Prices are quoted before booking. We accept agreed payment methods and may require prepayment for certain services.

Bookings can be cancelled prior to driver dispatch without charge. After dispatch, a callout or abort fee may apply.

Refunds are processed where applicable under our service guarantees and insurance terms.

Our liability is limited to the lesser of the shipment value, the insured amount, or statutory limits, excluding indirect or consequential losses.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, customs delays).

Claims must be lodged promptly with supporting evidence. We will guide you through documentation requirements.

We do not carry hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items prohibited by carriers or law. Shipping such items may void coverage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. Updates take effect upon posting.
